I'm Selina (she/her) — a queer, vegan, feminist tattoo artist based in Berlin.

Drawing has been my passion my whole life. Since I was 19, the idea of becoming a tattoo artist has been running through my head. In 2023 I finally listened to my gut — thankfully! I completed an extensive tattoo training, developed my skills intensively and eventually found my place at Ritual Ink Studio.

Today I welcome you to the studio and bring your ideas to life in my style — turning them into art under your skin. I'm incredibly grateful to finally be living my passion and leaving my art on wonderful people.

My Style

My artistic style is in a continual process of development. Right now I have a particular love for floral motifs, which I combine harmoniously with ornamental and geometric forms — often working with the contrast between bold and delicate linework.

My Values

Respectful interaction is important to me — it forms the foundation of our work together. As a queer FLINTA person, I want to create a safe space for everyone. All are warmly welcome here, regardless of skin colour, origin, gender, sexual orientation, body shape or disability. You belong here exactly as you are.

Where we meet

The
Ritual Ink Studio

A small, intimate place where we can discuss your tattoo at ease and bring your idea to life together. Calm, surrounded by beautiful artwork, a relaxed and positive atmosphere.

How your appointment goes

Preparation

We review your design together, print it out and try it at the desired location. If needed, we make adjustments — relaxed over a cup of tea.

At the Studio

We apply the stencil and check together that everything fits. We adjust and reposition until you are truly happy.

The Tattoo

You can take breaks at any time and go at your own pace. I take all the time you need.

Atmosphere

A maximum of two artists work in the studio at any one time — keeping the atmosphere calm, relaxed and personal.

Everything you should know before your first or next tattoo.

How do I book an appointment?

If you'd like a wanna-do or have your own idea, simply send it to me via the 'Book Appointment' tab. The more detail you give about what you have in mind, the better I can bring it to life. A photo of the body part and some references would be great. Once I receive your enquiry I'll get back to you promptly by email. A €50 deposit is required to confirm a booking.

What should I keep in mind before the appointment?

Avoid alcohol, other substances, and blood-thinning medications the evening before. Come well-rested, fed and healthy. Every tattoo is a strain on your body — the better you feel, the better the result. If you menstruate, try to avoid scheduling your appointment during your period, as pain sensitivity is higher then.

When will I receive my design?

You will receive the design for a custom tattoo during the week before your appointment.

How can I pay for my tattoo?

Payment by PayPal or cash is possible. Please let me know before the appointment which you prefer.

What do I need to know after the appointment?

Your new tattoo will be covered with a self-adhesive film that you can leave on for up to four days. Then remove the film with clean hands under running water and clean the tattoo. Apply a thin layer of cream 1–3× daily (e.g. After Tattoo by TattooMed). For the next four weeks: no direct sunlight, no chlorine / sea / sauna for 3–4 weeks, no sports for a week. Never scratch or remove the crust.

Can I get my tattoo touched up?

Yes, I'll touch up your tattoo free of charge within the first three months. Just get in touch.
